The Breville Selecta Temperature Select kettle has five heat settings, from 80 to 100C – just choose which best suits your drink. Making Oolong or green tea. No need to make do with overheated water or wait for boiled water to cool. Countdown illumination shows heating progress and an alert tells you when the right temperature has been reached. After heating, your Selecta Kettle indicates water temperature until it falls below 80C, reducing the need to reheat.
