This Judge 4 Hole Egg Poacher is constructed from high quality stainless steel and features a glass lid and 4 non-stick egg poaching cups. Simply add water to the saucepan and bring to a simmer. Crack an egg into the poaching cup and let the egg poach away. The glass lid will allow you to check on progress and the pan can be used as standard sauté pan when the egg poaching cups and holder are removed.
